|1 small green pepper||half an onion|
|1 small yellow pepper||1 garlic clove|
|3 T. margarine||
1 small can of tomato sauce
|3 cups rice|
Finely chop the garlic clove, onion and peppers and then fry in the margarine. If you have a chopper, that's even better. When the onion is cooked, add the can of tomato sauce and salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-8 minutes. Pour into cooked rice and stir.
